Directions
From San Francisco:
- After crossing the Bay
Bridge, take I-80
East/I-580 West towards Berkeley/Sacramento.
- Take the Powell
Street exit, making a right at the bottom of the exit onto Powell
Street.
- In about half a
mile, bear slightly left onto Stanford Avenue
- In about a mile,
Stanford Avenue becomes Adeline Street. Continue on Adeline Street.
- In about a mile,
Adeline Street becomes Shattuck Avenue.
- Continue on Shattuck
Avenue for about half a mile, then make a left on Bancroft Way.
From El Cerrito and points north:
- Take I-80 West
towards Berkeley.
- Take the University
Avenue towards Berkeley.
- In about two miles,
make a right onto Shattuck Avenue.
- Bancroft Way is the
fifth right.
From Walnut Creek and points east:
- Take Highway 24
through the Caldecott Tunnel. Use the right-hand tunnel, since the
exit you need to take comes up quickly upon exiting the tunnel.
- Exit onto Highway 13
towards Berkeley.
- In about a mile,
Highway 13 becomes Ashby Avenue. Continue on Ashby Avenue.
- In about half a
mile, take a right onto College Avenue.
- College Avenue will
dead-end into Bancroft Way. Make a left on Bancroft.
- Berkeley Physical Therapy
is about a mile down Bancroft Way.
Using BART:
- Take the BART to the
Downtown Berkeley stop.
- Upon exiting the
turnstiles, take the escalators up to the street level.
- Make a left off of
the escalators, and walk south on Shattuck Avenue three blocks to
Bancroft Way.
